working on it. rained half the day. job.

Build thread? didnt think it was needed. just tossing parts together. super fun rig, but being as its not so creative just buying stuff, i didnt want to chat it up.

but since you asked, the recipe is something like:

Axial:
servo plate
front unis
skid
ar60 rear axle shafts
hd overdrive front
hd standard rear
those little steering bushings
standard wraith body
wheel nuts
Yeti fuel cell

Supershafty:
bombproof 5mm output trans
Wraithzilla chassis
MIPs
stainless screw kit

RPP:
VP curries
VP ti links
VP ti steering (part of the 10 piece link kit)
2.2 VP methods
VooDoo silver compounds
Proline 2.2 mem foams (not optimal)
Fast Eddy bearings
Gear head 2" amber front
Gear head 4" KOH rear
gripfab spools
Proline Slash front shocks (4)...i think they are 93mm
10 wt oil

Misc:
RC4WD servo horn
Yeah racing hexes
Yeah racing servo mount
VP .225s
tamiya shims (various)
TSS seat
Wraith steering wheel/column/shifters
some polystyrene
tamiya satin black for styrene / gloss for polycarb
leftover axial grease
thin sheet alu for making battery tray
hey ok dual light controller
VP light bar
Jeti 3S light controller
take the stikers off the mmp
3mm axial pins for driveshafts
Traxxas battery hold downs for the hood hold down

prolly missed a few things.

slap it all together and youve got Angus`Gangsterwraith

Hardest part was finding a motor. its a heavy rig with a low CG and hella traction.

It is fast and it will climb walls.

I finally got some quality time with my HH puller pro today and I am extremely happy with it. I'm running 56/12, 2s 5000 25C, and a Mamba Max Pro. I'm also very pleased with all of the adjustments that can be made to the ESC via the castle link. After maybe 15-20 minutes of tweaking and testing last night I felt I had it set up pretty well. Today's testing verified that. The startup is butter smooth, the top end rush is very satisfying, and with the throttle and braking/reverse curves I applied to the ESC it's perfect. I just can't get over the difference from the brushed setup that was in there before. Completely different Rig and better at both the low speed stuff and a completely different league at speed. Big thank you to Holmes Hobbies for making such a fantastic motor and for recommending it in this thread with comparison to the other 2 options mentioned.

Custom chassis? Like the low profile of it.

Really? Is it that much better? Can my setup handle it without excessive strain on components? I'd love to try it

I don't like stickers, and I don't like them on my rigs. But this just happened.

That thing is a work of art. I would be scared to drive that beast and mess it up.

Ha, I put a Holmes sticker in roughly the same place on most of my bodies.

Yeah. I really like the HH logo. I got a couple extra stickers in different sizes to try and find a good spot. I don't like sticker bombs but if I'm really happy with a product like I am with this puller pro then I like to show my support. It gets people asking about the right components.

After 5 hours and 12,000 maH, would you like to guess how it is?

You don't have it torn apart so I'm guessing, still awesome?

I hear you. But it's too much fun to just leave it standing on the bench :-)
