i started with the servo mounts , esc /batt mounts
but need to finish all the berg knuckles and weights and lots ofax10 parts first

some wheels will come too

motorman is running brushless and hasnt had a problem with HR gears, and 9mm bearing mod. still running strong.

fits nice


added a .2mm shim between the bearing and the 12t gear


and a .2mm shim to the stepped gear



all bearings are ceramic abec5
the flanged ones are glued in w. Loctite 638
good thing you did the motor plate mod. .

I've always wondered how those rubber things mounted to the servos! I always just throw them in the trash...
if you dont already know it acts as an insulater. soaks up some of the vibration. nice to have.

45 or 40 or 35t
i will use 3s lipo , its the best for me and i can power the hv300 without a bec


some knuckle weight mounts







just need to round the edges and make the weights

I though 35t was too much for the sidewinder micro on 3s.

weights are done













80gramm per weight is not a lot , but is is mounted as low as possible and should work great

if it works like it should, the weights will come to fit slw´s too

the servo mount plate and knuckle arm made of 7075


it´s perfect for VP knuckles and 180° servo with the losi servo arm

i will post some more pics tonight

no need to cut the shock , i cut it for another version i tried



cut the old servo mount



i added 2 spacers to raise the servo posts












i use the Losi crawler arm , needs some grinding



and i countersunk the back to use one of the Ofna M3 balls

I like your idea with the steering servo. Are there any drawbacks or trade offs? Have you run it like that yet?
