I've been running mine flipped and it works great. The horn stays out of the way much better.

Was thinking of running 2 micro sidewinders...how you like the mamba micro?
i know i just wanted to get some strength in the axles before i ran it so i wouldn't get discouraged if it broke. i really think these axles have alot of potential!
the size of them is great(especially shrinked) i have a pack through them and the drag break seems to be way better then it was when you could only run up to 100% startup is smooth like all castle products

should.....i just thought it would keep the horn out of the way a bit better, also you can always turn to get a tire on whatever the horn hits.

the steering was maxed out this way with the stock knuckles, i will need a longer arm with the vp stuff

Any word on link setups? If your gonna make a more cost effective option or we just gonna have to wait for someone else to do it?

Hey that's how all the cool kids are doing it....

The truck works really well at that weight, I will need to figure out some foams for it. The cool part about it is I can add weight exactly where I need it.

I did try adding 3 slugs per front and it brought me to 5.5. Still a full pound lighter then my berg at nats. That puts me a bit over a full pound of front bias! It is easier to drive heavy but when its light it does some amazing things!

I will start playing with my shocks a bit more now that is driving. With the small amount of sprung weight I think I can raise it considerably and not have some of the ill affects.

Ya thats what my berg weighed with the 454's, I honestly really miss it and will be going back to a light setup. I just can't get used to it at 6+. Are the axles that much lighter? I've got my berg rear axle down to 7.5oz without motor.
