How did you keep them so even? They look pretty identical.

Nice job

Nice job
cheers mate,

I marked it up with a ruler and cut with a hacksaw and used a nice file to finish them off

This will keep all the weight down low and I will do the same for some add on rings for the new wheels

Curious to see how the wheels work out for you. I hope it all works out. They are really light for sure!

Cheers for the comments

Harvo, I did read your bad luck at ECC, sucks hard. Got some Y-town wheels coming to run, they were shipped today

Hey Dan, RTR is 1901 grams = 4.2lb (from memory) with 100 grams of knukle weight. When the new Broods and a couple of other bits of nice kit turn up it should be a little lighter.

4.2lb is where the first secret agent sat with all plastic axles and gear cases so I am pleased at the result.

Should.be an interesting comp all round, few guys flying in this time, plus lightweight rigs should make an interesting mix of variables. so you I'll probably fine once you back on the rock.

New light weight Motors you got deffinitly worth the weight saving when chassing every last gram

Rig looks good and side angle pretty damn good and no major tyre lean, Dan maybe right if you get your driving together you might be hard to beat next month mate.
