Default Out of sync motor speeds?

Forgive me is this has been discussed... I tried really hard to search for an answer using the search feature but have come up empty handed.

Anyways, I have a Novak M2 Dig (i know i know) and it seems the motors are a bit out of sync. What I mean buy this is when grabbing a small amount of forward throttle, the front motor starts spinning slowly and the rear motor doesent move. It is the same thing in reverse, just opposite motors, Under heavier throttle both of them kick in and spin. I have the Dig in neutral and the dig seems to work well. I do have a CC BEC wired in.

The motors are the stock 55t Novak throw aways... but i figure ill use them for a bit before I can buy some Holmes motors.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to remedy it?

Thanks!!!

My guess is that they have timing in them but not correct for a MOA. Thus one motor is advanced and the other is retarded.
Check for timing marks on the can near the endbell, if in doubt set both to "0".

I have an M2 and mine does the same as well. It's not the end of the world for the front to engage a bit sooner. I've just lived with it as I'm a firm believer that you can't polish a turd! I can't wait to replace mine with dual esc's
