Be careful with the power driver it heats up the plastic from the screw going into fast.

Good tip. I never even thought about the heat generated by threading in the screws. In my defense, I do only use the slow speed.

I'm only putting them in slow as well. Also only putting them in 3/4 way with driver and nipping up by hand

I have the Ryobi TEK4 as well, and as long as you use the lowest torque setting and slow speed, you should be OK. The clutch kicks in before you over tighten a screw 99% of the time. Then tighten it by hand to your liking.

I love kits, you'll have fun- but out of all the kits I've built, I didn't love the manual for this one. Seemed to lack in some parts for some reason. Big parts do make it easier to build though thats for sure!
