The rig and skins look great! However it is a bit less ORANGE than I expected for a Harley rig...

nice touch on the roof, triple riped colors nod towards the stock paint job, yet being totally different.

In the rear? I think it will be getting the Ultra4 light bar from MORE LLC. It uses a 4" Vanquish housing and some bad ass bright CREE LED's. It's insanely bright!

How well did the glue up wheels do? I love the look of them, but have been leary to buy them because of the non-beadlock design.

Great write up on the event and the rig.

Axial already has a firm servo saver spring out there on the market and it fits the stock and aftermarket bell cranks. I have it in my EXO and it really helped with the overly soft servo saver. It was so bad my wheels wouldn't always center before swapping. With it and traxxas turnbuckles I don't feel any other steering changes are needed.

Also, if you are replacing the bell cranks, avoid the STRC set. The angle between the two arms on the right side is too wide, which leads to needs lots of modification. Also the STRC carbon fiber rack sometimes hits my diff cup.

They did great, this set is actually owned by Crawler Innovations. He sent me his personal test set to give me the chance to test them out at the G6. The advantage to these on this car would be the amount of offset you can clear. I was running 225's and had enough room to probably drop down the the 185's that Locked Up makes.

You are aware that this is a different setup than the EXO right? Right now there is not an option spring available for the servo saver in this car.

The distance between the bell cranks in this car are the same as the Exo, so some mixing and matching is an option but the size of some of the components are not the same.

For anything like how I ran this car, more upgrades than simply changing the spring and turnbuckles are going to be needed. I can promise you that.

I am aware that they are different but judging by the parts list it looks like the bulkhead, diff and steering linkages are all the same. In fact the servo mounts and servo linkage area also the same, leading me to believe the servo sits identically in the chassis as it did on the EXO. In that respect the Traxxas slash Turnbuckles should fit as long as the rod end fits in the new rack.

As you said the steering assembly itself is a little different, but the measurements all match the EXO, so the beefed up aftermarket parts will likely fit, though won't all be advisable. You were discussing using existing EXO replacement parts which is why I mentioned those items.

Ok I am going to order 225 and 475 Vanquish hubs. My question is, how do the stock wheels preform? I have used Axial plastic beadlocks with good luck keeping the tires on the wheels. But I hav never used this type of Axial beadlock with the hubs. I run Vanquish slw wheels on my wraith. But have other upgrades I want to add to my Yeti right off the bat. And maybe a set of KMC or Methods after bank account heals a bit. I am sure a lot of us are in the same boat here. Thanks :-)

luckster, the 225 and 475 hubs you're getting are measurements for the stock wheels right?
