|  Yeti pinion gear sizing with stock spur?
I see that in the manual Axial only lists up to a 17t pinion. Is this the largest size that will fit with the stock spur? I will be running a Tenshock 3800kv on 2S and looking for ~30mph.

Not to Hijack or anything, but I have a 19t pinion and was wondering if it would be too much for the drivetrain to handle with a 50c 3s lipo. I'm running a Hobbywing SCT PRO w/ 3400kv Xerun 3656SD.

hi, I'm running 2 S with a 19 th pinion. I blew out, first the Axial WB Driveshaft :  which I'm changing with steal MIP version after ripped some tooths of the stock Axial Bevel Gear Set  I'm going for the heavy duty version but not sure on the ratio. Wow...on 2s! Ive got the kit with the hardend gears. Wonder if they'd hold up. Anyways with the 16t ponion my yeti is a blast and faster than my Slash 4x4 on 2s with a 15t pinion.
