At the Indiana State Championship, we had a 2.2 sport class which is shaft only, no dig, class for noobs. If they want a more stock class, then thats the way to go. But leave the 2.2 class alone. A shafty can upgrade to a dig and try to get more competitive with the moa or just build a MOA. But to Keep this hobby growing you need a inexpensive place to start. Shafties are the stepping stone into crawling. A sport 2.2 class helps us beginners compete and work are way up to the big boys, when we need and are ready for the next step. Then we'll worry, about Shaft or MOA. |

| That would be pointless for anyone as I would completely dominate any and all who opposed me. I have been practicing that class for years. |

| if anybody does that it has to be a 40oz. no little bud light 12oz cans. 40oz of dirty cheap beer. 40oz must cost under $2 after tax. and you cant put it down until it is finished, so if you kill it quick you can put it down and go, but if you wait till the end to drink you must drive with 40oz in hand. oh yea. but i guess thats because im young dumb and full of c____

no.. we would have to have different classes. One class for people who drink yellow beer and another class for the more filling dark beers. We could never run those together.. that would not be fair!!!! |

I am new to rc rock comps. only have competed twice, and I can see how it would be intimidating for somebody to come in to this sport and see these moa guys with stick radios duel esc's and think they would have any sort of a chance to compete with them. I was scared shit less my first comp in a pro class because i had a dig. So it is hard for me to say what should happen with the rules. but now that I read in this thread and think about it I think there should be 3 different 2.2 classes. sportsman pro and pro mod I think sportsman should stay the same and pro is a with dig class. and pro mod is a what ever class. |
