Found out last night my Sister is going to be a Mom

Mom is thrilled, Dad was a bit shell shocked, and I'm still wrapping my head around the concept of "Uncle Joe", no matter how many times the manager of the branch office my call center says it.......

Congrats! I am an uncle as I have one nephew that is now 7. It's a ton of fun. I don't want my own kids, but it's awesome to hangout with him and spoil him and "sugar him up" as he calls it (meaning give him tons of sugary candy that he can't have at home) and then give him back to my sister. Payback! But seriously, it'll be great.

Saw this out getting coffee this morning.



I'm no Land Rover aficionado but though it looked pretty cool. A quick Googling when I got to work says it is a Series IIA that would have been sold in the US from 1961-1968 because the headlights are set in the radiator support. Other than some beat up body panels, it didn't look like a 50+ year old truck.

She's still in the first trimester, so we don't know specifics yet, but considering this family, even if it's a girl, there may still be motorized shenanigans. My Sister is still planning on keeping her Challenger for as long as she can and making it "Baby" as much as possible too
