then you have seen a lot of rigs that were built poorly. And the only common thing about it is that people either are wheeling thier rig before its done, they dont know better, dont care to build it better, or cant afford a better setup and just running it like that for the time being.

I always love watching video of guys, XJ owners are an example, loosing their coil when they over flex. Nothing better than watching a guy outside hold the spring in place while the rig is eased back into position. Just because something is common doesn't make it right, remember nylints?

YYEEEAAAAHHHHH I bet you're all feeling a bit inadequate now, like going to the urinals next to a horse, as Clarkson put it

1.4 8v... 60hp 11 years ago, but surprisingly torquey. Manual says 14.9'' for 0-100kmh, mine does it in 11.9''. No work done (not worth it) and my brother insists he didn't do anything to it either, so I guess I just got a good one.

Looking for one of these to use as an r/c hauler:

Suzuki MightyBoy, 543cc, 25hp, 75mpg
This actually has an enclosed rear bed from the factory but I can't find any pictures of it, as everyone seems to take it off to make it look less like a toy.

I'm 6'1''/210lbs, I should be able to squeeze in there

2001 PreRunner
Pretty much stock because it's a daily driver street queen.
Bilstein HD's, Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S's, powerslot (cryotreated) rotors with Hawk hps's.

Thinking about trading it in for a Honda Fit. I do love to take it off roading but I only really get to go about once a year.

It's not that they are over flexing really, it's a matter of proper bump-stops. If they limited the up travel with proper bump-stops and have the right size shocks, you wouldn't lose coil springs like that. Plus most XJ guys don't run ati-sway bars like an Anti-Rock, they just disconnect the stock sway bar.
