AHHHHHH Shiz now you are going to another weakness, Jethro Tull. I grew up on the woodstock era of rock / psychedelia then went into the British prog rock & Tull. It was almost 20 years after believing I would never see Yes (the prog era,) ELP, or Tull that Tull & ELP played a state fair. Ian Anderson is one of the most talented & diverse musicians out there & he gets nearly no credit. I love the integration of Classical music. Glen Cornick was a phenomenal bass player lost in a sea of Funk. Thick as a Brick is an absolutely marvelous song/Album. Might as well include these Prog Classics I also had a stint where these songs just looped for weeks (my daughter loves the Cars.) Last edited by Dostradamas; 07-26-2013 at 09:15 AM. |
