Funny you mention vr6 power. I’ve been looking to add a third VW to the stable in the form of a 2 door vr6 Golf. MK1-4 is fine with me. But it must be a manual tranny and this combo at a price point for me to be able to throw another $2g at for...stuff, is rare. I did find a Passat wagon 6 hours away that fits the bill but I’d have to drive it back.

Tiny pic because no purchase.

Received my new boat today...a TFL Jet Boat. This boat, like my ProBoat ShockWave, is not intended to just be a "pleasure boat"...it will be one of the two "rescue boats". If using my PVC & 'pool noodle' rescue platform, the ShockWave is the rescue boat...and, if the fishing line w/tennis ball is used, the Jet Boat would be used. Best of all, whenever one of them is used "just for fun", if anything happened, the other can be used for rescuing the first.

Now...to decide on a color scheme.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...bc702ee842.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...d08024751d.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...f4548e770a.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...7aab7b9d9a.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...19a21352f8.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...d4cfe7c825.jpg

@Panther6834

Over on RCGroups there is a jet boat section with a plethora of info. Lots of 3D pump/drive data there.

Panther,
What kind of speed do you usually get out of this? Just curious. Are they decent size? Reason I ask, I've always wanted to get a boat to take camping when we go to the lake but as usual I want something decent size, with some speed, without breaking the bank. Lol. As a side note a color combo idea i have been throwing around is charcoal grey mattalic on bottom half, indigo blue mattalic on top with a bright orange pinstripe/small design to split the two. "thumbsup"

Right now, no speed...I just received it today. If I can get a servo, and get it installed, plus hey another Rx waterproofed & installed, before Friday night, I'll be able to test her out Saturday morning. Here's the specs:

SSS 3660 1620Kv Motor
Seaking 120A ESC
Length: 610mm (24")
Beam: 172mm (6.77")
Depth: 100mm (3.94")

As for painting, I plan on leaving the bottom white (easier to see if she flips...I want "high visibility").

Whatever you do, don't go on the Book of DeFace and call those Dykes.
You'll catch a 30 day ban for that. lmao

Not New, but new out of the package after setting here for a month.
Orange SSD Rings for the SSD Steel Trail Beadlock rims for me truck.

Installed. already some nice push on the wheels. Gonna have to start storing it in the air. May have to print up some telescoping jack stands. lol

New 6 light light bar. a Mix actually. used the rpm 6 light rack and added the 6 lights from the Amazon Hella light bars.
It doesn't look right on this rig. Too much like head light buckets.

So I may put the hella bar on it with the rpm lights on the front bumper like I did with the Axe. But here is a shot of it on the blazer.

But tonight I installed it on the Slash instead.
more as the needle goes in. lol

I've been a gamer since the late 70s, when I got my first console, the Atari VCS (which pre-dates the Atari 2600). Since then, I've owned the 2600, 5200, ColecoVision, Nintendo NES, SNES, N64, Gameboy, Sega Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, Nomad, Sony PS, PS2, Microsoft XBox 360, and numerous gaming desktops & laptops (current system contains unlocked, OCed, & liquid-cooked Core-i7, OCed & liquid-cooled GTX1080, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RAM, 1TB Samsung SSD, & 2TB HDD).

Primarily into RPGs & FPSs, but also enjoy racing (almost any, but Wipeout was always my favorite). Enjoy solo & small-team (4, or less) gaming, and stay away from massive-multiplayer anything.
