So Spec RC is taking my money again. They still have their books open for orders until late tonight or tomorrow. I'll be getting these but in silver.

Sweet wheels, but I hate those "lottery" wheel makers. Make multiple sets of cool wheels rather than one-offs.

TWS Rc, from what I understand they are offspring of MST, good build quality from what I've seen so far, really really scale looks, same wheelbase as Tamiya YJ

Mailman made another visit today. I finally found the JConcept Tusk in stock. Everybody says these are the shit, so I wanted to find out for myself!

Also picked up the Tusk's mini-me's for my 'lil rigs.

Oh, and picked up dinner for my Valentine! Nothing like Taco Hell!

Damn that's a nice deal for sure! I've been looking around for a certain kit for one of my upcoming builds and came across the TC8 Marksman which is now $300 and I almost bought a roller for 200. I need to dig up more info anyway, whichever route I take.

Received the packages today...the first from RPM, containing two ESC cages (one for Traxxas vehicles, one for Arrma 6S vehicles) for the just-released Castle Cobra 8 ESC, and a front bumper & skid for the Traxxas Sledge.

Moving to the other end of the scale scale, got several 1:28 scale parts from Kenon RC & Wolfram RC, including two sealed gear diffs (for those who aren't familiar with Mini-Z/1:28 racing, most organizations & clubs require the use of the "industry standard" yellow 53T 64p spur grit anything other than 'Box Stock' class).

Nice buy! It is a great deal!

I had this in my cart before they went to backorder, then told myself that I absolutely do not need another project on my bench. I may regret that decision!

It's not an "addiction"...addictions are full of 'negative connotations'. RC is 'positive'. Instead of being considered and addiction, I like to think of it more as a "healthy, but expensive, obsession, providing hours upon hours of enjoyment". Just have to look at it from a different point of view...a different perspective.

I dont see it as a negative thing. But, an addiction, u want more n more of "watever it is". It is a whole lot better than wat money could be spent on though...

You better move that Taco Bell bag before it stains the seat...and that's before you even eat it! But seriously, I've had grease from fast food bags seep through onto my car seat and I was pissed. I have leather now, but still try to never put food on my truck seats.

Good deal! Nice gift for sure. And you're getting a full SCX10 III kit for the same price as an Enduro Element kit slider.

Even good things can turn into unhealthy addictions. In fact, addictions often start as fun activities.

My NSDRC servo arrived. It's not a cheap servo and he makes you pay for shipping on top of that so I expected packaging with better protection than a barely padded envelope. Initial impressions of the company are fairly low...

The servo looks great though. Hopefully it works without fail like it should. That's the bigger concern.

I've had several NSDRC servos, and still have a few...and, they've been outstanding/flawless. Currently, my smallest vehicle having one (RS100) is my Losi Mini-B, and my largest (RS1) is my X-MAXX.

I need to receive it still but I came across this 1st gen Tundra toy grade RC body. It's from a 1/6 Fast Lane RC, but just looking at pictures and such, compared to the SCX6 it's smaller still (maybe 1/8ish). Once it's in my hands I'll see what I can come up with to make it a crawler. For now, I'm thinking Redcat's TC8 Marksman as I think the width will be spot on.
