I just got done with this trans am body I ordered recently for my 4 tec 2.0.

Here’s a little vid from the first time out https://splice.gopro.com/v?id=Pmw52p the jump was a total accident and I may have peed a little when it happened.

Forgot to ream the post holes before painting it, then I proceeded to mess up when adding them after paint (DOH!) No longer a shelf queen body like I originally planned.

Edit: added lights

Ouch, bet the post holes hurt. Never seen the thunder chicken on the top before ;)

It sure did hurt. I should have waited till the morning to finish it up instead of doing it half asleep. Oh well, I enjoy the body work and have an excuse to look at other bodies again.

The inspiration came from the bfg radial tire bird, which had a bird on top. Not the same one mind you, but I liked the look so I ran with it.

^^^ Damn, that's about a sweet 'Bird!

I picked up some dragon-related stuff, not that I'm a dragon-nerd, but it just so happened that my "Dragon-Claw" R/C tires AND my die-cast aluminum keycap came in the mail to me on the same day!

Tires (actually, 2 sets of different tires) are over in the Tire & Wheel thread, but the keycap is here (Didn't know the eye was gonna be backlit - )

Hopefully I won't crack the stem of this one using it as the e-brake in Forza Horizon!

Now i am wondering if durok are in on the DREVO blademaster on kickstarter.

While i do appreciate a good keybord, not least back when i was gaming, then the current RGB trend just throw me off so many things, though it are probably a option to turn it off in most things.

Everything else Computer related i have modded, since 1400 MHZ was a big deal i have put a personal touch on my computers.
Really sad all my pictures to prove that have been lose

Peaker, my keyboard isn't too fancy.

Just a Corsair K70 Cherry MX Brown w/red LEDs.

I swapped the keycaps - long story, it now has retro typewriter-style E-Element keycaps, and I also used silicone rubber O-rings under each keycap.

Works perfect, and with the Aluminum left Ctrl key I should no longer be breaking keycaps (the E-Element keycaps were stronger than the Corsair originals, but still not unbreakable)!

I do have a set of WASD aluminum keycaps coming as well, but that's mainly because I got an excellent price.

My PC is also mildly modded - I built it piece by piece several years ago and it's still way more than what's needed for 1920x1080 144MHz gaming.

Just saw these.

My modding was mainly done for performance as i was also into mild overclocking at the time, i did also add a little bling in form of light ( not the blue that was / is so popular ) and also colored UV cooling fluid.

Will keep this up, about to update again, and have already decided on this for my Ryzen 2 ( 2800x ) CPU

Started my WRC Diecast Collection. On the look out for the earlier stuff but will slowly build the collection. Will stick with 1:43 scale and maybe 1:24 with an occasional 1:18 as these are easier to get, more choices and less $$ so i can have more.

My two favorite drivers and will add Tommi, Walter, Carlos and a few others after these two WRC Gods are complete.

Aah! That little Yeti box is so cute. Like those doors in the background.

Closest I ever got was "just buy me a plain silver band to wear to work so customers will stop hitting on me" - so I did.

Didn't last much past that... 9yrs total.

I've made it to 53 without being "caught"!

Hey, seriously - best of luck to you both, may it be both long-lasting and enjoyable...

lol... I would've been happy to have gone that route!

It really felt weird today applying for the marriage license... especially when it came time to swear under oath that we weren't cousins or siblings... Never had to do that before lol!

Thank you, man. I'm cautiously excited lol.

It must be a "Texas" thing. They didn't ask us that up here in the Northeast.
