And... Like a good Yankee, I put beans in my chili.

I have made "Texas Red", though, and it is yummy in it's own right.

I always put dark red kidneys in my chili ( sometimes eventual Frito-pie) but I guess it's just what I knew growing up so I stuck with it. Comfort food is so much about what I remember as a kid... even down to the aromas.

LMFAO!! There's enough bits and pieces in the box, I'm sure you can figure it out. I'll go ahead and warn you though, don't prepare to be in any hurry to get the pedals dialed to your liking. There isn't a lot of room to work back there, and making adjustments takes some time, but it's well worth it in the end IMO. If you can't get these to feel right, then I'm not sure what you'd have to spend to get something that does feel right.

I'm really curious to hear your thoughts on the handbrake too. I wish I lived closer so you could try my on/off HB and see if the analog part really helps any.

Not purchased all at once, but from my past few outings. Only need the Camaro from the Sweet 16's to have the set, along with the Datsun 510 for the full JH2 set. I also have another full set of the Race Day set.
