^^LOL that last pic is really funny for some reason, looks like a turtle on it's back. Yep, the little Nova is quick, gonna tune it a bit more and see if I can keep Taco from running me down.

new saturday night cars and new race format!

Porsche #45 GT3 RSR
Mclaren P1 GTR
Lamborghini #18 Gallardo LP 570-4
Lamborghini #14 LP 570-4 Super Troteo

Now sadly these are the older Gallardos(2014) and not the Huracan they currently race. Also they are AWD, and forza left off the RWD conversion option on these for some reason.

So im going to allow them to run AWD and well see how they do. hopefully there weight penalty is enough to even them out. however if they become dominate ill remove them.

Race format:
Been wanting to try this for awhile. and i watched a SST race this weekend it reminded me. NasTrucks and Super Stadiums trucks have mandatory caution/Competition yellow. to bunch the field back up mid race.

heres what were gonna try.
5 lap race.
who ever is leading at the line after completing 2 laps, slows down to 1st gear (about 50mph) on lap 3 and the rest of the field behind them continues to race until they catch the slowed leader then fall in a single file line.
the 3rd lap is done in 1st gear and is the caution lap to bunch the field back up.
Then as the leader comes around finishing lap 3, at the start line he nails it and racing resumes for lap 4 and 5.

Thoughts?

scratch the P1 GTR. its a 913pi Prototype class. too high.

Did some tuning and testing with the new Saturday night cars over the past few days.

I think I finally have a decent enough tune on the Porsche, but I still gotta be on my game and focus. I think the Porsche has the advantage on tighter twistier stuff below 130MPH or so.

The Lambo I don't own, so I used the rental and default tune. It's much easier to drive, more forgiving, and has more top end pull than the Porsche I think. BUT, you really feel the weight and size of the car.

I won't be around for either of this week's sessions, I'll be in GA visiting my niece and nephew.
