Also, how do we get Cato to come back out again? I miss that guy

I'm willing to go about anywhere to have fun with the crawlers.

X2 on Cato, come on buddy.

And all the other OG's, love to see you guys out.

And I know Patrick is getting a new rig soon, you'll want to break that thing in.

Cool guys well it looks like the interest is there.

As for locations. I don't mind driving if it means a great crawling spot. But as everyone has expressed long drives make for a smaller turn out. So what I would like to do is get suggestions from you guys where you would like events held.

We can build a schedule around that.

Glad we finally got a response.

I'd like to throw one vote in for Johnny Park. I know there's no water there, but the area is big enough, and diverse enough to run the Rocas pink course again, and I thought that was a blast

Where is that location?

We have no problem with not having water at an event, and we will not be building courses like the TTC events. But being water proof is still highly suggested.

So anyway, just had a little pow wow, how do you guys feel about a buffalo creek spot 1 camp out for October 22nd?

This is a saturday, so we could camp out friday night comp saturday and hang out and BS till sunday. BBQ, drinking, night runs all that good ole' fashion fun.

I heard the other day that they had 35 scalers up at route 72 the other day, so I know there are plenty of guys still out there.

Oh, HELL Yeah Campout idea at Buffalo Creek sounds perfect. Let's do it. I'm in.

Let me know how I can help out. I can bring up shade / shelter 12x12 in case of snow, rain, sun... all the above.

That would be great Dave! Thank you.

Anyone that is willing to help out will be greatly appreciated. I would like to see how much interest we can get. We do not expect to have all 3 classes booming with drivers but we do need at least 7-10 guys in at least two of the classes to make this worth while.

I get with Jeff, Phil, Brad and Cato, see what they are up too. I know Brad and Phil rarely if ever get on the boards anymore. I think Jeff and Cato still do from time to time. I'll see what there interest are and let you know Ty how many plan on making it.

Class 3 with 4 wheel steering is almost like a super, but for fun.

I saw the pictures too. Was that event well attended because of the location, date or maybe both?

Is it possible to put together a list of all known crawling spots and see what the consensus is on locations and dates?

I was at that one, for me, a lot of it was location. That's a great place to crawl and close.

The one at Coal Creek?

Here is a list of some locations that I like:

-Palmer Park
-Daniels Park
-Red Rocks Elementary
-Buffalo Creek #1
-Coal Creek

Im not a big fan of man made locations, but have no problem using some of the good ones.

If you guys want to choose which locations we use by picking your top six locations we can get this show on the road.

Here is the 6 places I like to run scalers at:

Palmer Park
Daniels Park
Red Rocks Elementary
Buffalo Creek #1
Coal Creek
Mt. Evans

I agree with Ty on the man made places... but Lutz is fun for a Polar Bear club run.

Yeah, the one at Coal Creek. That the Crawl Space just held.

X2 on all those places Ty, love them. Especially Red Rocks, reminds me so much of Moab.

I would be up for trying somewhere new. That reminds me, I went hiking up in WY at Vedauwoo. I'll have to find some pics of the area. Kind of remembering red rocks being there.

X2 on the top 6 Rodney. I would say my favorite as well.

I also like Red Rocks in Boulder, but have heard about them giving us issues running up there. Plus there is a small fee to park.

I hope this nice weather holds a bit longer... Is everyone else liking the camp out idea? I think it sounds like a blast!
