Got the drivers list updated! Just about 10 days left to get signed up for what is shaping up to be a really big comp!!! Remember that we still need judges and judges get in half price!!! Kenny, True. I agree with what you are saying on the most part. We are allowing our judges half price to help cover some of the cash payout and other expensies dealing with this comp. We are giving away over 1700+ cash and prizes at this event. Granted, we are not having to pay for all the prizes but we are having to come out of pocket on everything else. In todays economy, this is not the easiest thing to do. If we had big sponsors like Axial, Losi, and others helping us, then we would allow our judges to run for free, or heck, if I had the money, to pay them!! But we are not in the postion to do so. If this comp grows bigger next year, then maybe we will change the judging pay in/out. I would love for this event to grow big enough in the next year or two where we could pay the judges and all the volanteers, but then I guess they would not be volanteering... So, I am sorry that we are not able to offer all the judges free entry or even a paycheck but what we are trying to offer is a great weekend and a great comp with great payout and prizes. Our judges that have signed up understand this and we will make sure they have a great time judging at that comp!
