Okay guys right at about a week left to get signed up for this event!!! We at cutting off sign-ups at Midnight EST next Thursday, 8/13. That way we know how many people will be there and what we need to do to prepare for the event. We are still needing judges as well!!! Please, we need help with this. Jason you said you are going to be at the comp site friday evening right ? What time ? And I can come check it out Friday and not pay the 10 dollars as long as I don't crawl right ?

That is my understanding. Yes, we plan on being there at the comp site friday night. I am not sure what time I will be there but I plan on trying to get things figured out and be prepared for the comp.

no they moved us out to the ridgeline where the hotel used to be (LOL) there is 3 holiday inns within 25 miles of the comp site. links are screwy

All hotels say that. You have one person check into the room and get a double. Then have them meet you at the room. I've never seen a hotel charge by the person.

But, if you click on this room it is for 2 person which makes it 86 for the night. Then if you change it to 1 person in the room than the Per Person Per Night goes up to 86. So, it looks like with this link it is going to be 86 each night unless you guys split the cost.
