1) Yes, the format looks good.
2) 2.2 Pro has no effect on whether or not I will be in attendance.
3) If TA-01's (Tamiya Hummer) were allowed I would consider entering the 3rd class because I already have a TA-01. With changes to my life and economy it would not be worth it to me to build a CC/XC just for one event because I really don't have any desire to own one. Bottom line is that I will buy new tires for the dragster before I build anything for a CC/XC class.

Chris I think we would add those as well, it is a stock, tamiya IFS class, driving trucks that don't work as well and making them work on a trail.

Sounds entertaining for sure. Now if I can resist my natural urge to modify as I get it running...........

So would the class be open to anything IFS/IRS as long as it was Scale and met the class guidelines?

Watch that can of worms, boys. I've seen some modded TA0x rigs that will really crawl.

Maybe if the TA's and XC's are restricted to the original tub chassis it would work.

1: Not sure, I like the idea of a 2.2, 1.9 and cc01 individual champ myself, not an overall.
2: Yes
3: Would love to if funds would allow it, but probably not.

Haven't made it out to the Scale Nats yet but if I do make it this year here is my vote:

1) Yes
2) Definetly, never saw the point in mixing scale and comp anyway
3) Yes but shouldn't be mandatory to run all three classes, best total score from any combination (or all three) should take overall win

I like the idea of a TAMIYA "spec" class, I've been checking out the UTRCRC Scale Ultimate Adventure you guys have and it motivated me to start my first CC-01 build. If you don't get enough interest in the CC-01/XC maybe you can consider a stock SXC10 class...

For some reason I dont think Tamiya would like the SCX10 spec class as much as the XC class...

Made my notes in orange below...

1. Do you like this format? YES

2. W/O a 2.2 pro class will you still attend? YES, how is the 2.2 Pro even scale? Does Nats or "Worlds" have a scale class? Nope. Why should Scale Nats have a class that's not scale?

3. Would you build 3 trucks to run all 3 classes next year? YES, if I can swing the already tight funds to build a 2.2 scale rig. If Tamiya is a sponsor, seems only natural to have a Tamiya Specific class.

Default Msd!!!!!!!!!

This year should be fun, I am working on a 2.2 scaler but

Keep the pro class Ben,
for all you 2.2 comp haters I saw this at the USRCCA home page,

scale rigs that look like miniature versions of what you see in 1:1 PRO competitions

How is a 2.2 pro comp not a 1/10 scale version of a 1.1
Just trying to keep the class alive

Leave the compers at home, plenty of big events for them that don't have scalers.
