Hey count me in. I will start planning so i will be able to make it. It is about 1.5 hours for me. Not to bad. This would be my first ever comp. I just bought a txt a few days ago and should have it modified pretty good before this event. I been racing TC's for years but want to get into some rock crawling. Here's my thread.

RCCrawler supporter now and my new TXT.

I have a friend building one up also. If he is off that weekend i will try and bring him along also. Hope to see alot of cool rigs and get some more tips and tricks.

That would be cool! I watch Inside R/C and I've never seen any crawlers on there. Closest thing would be some T-Maxxes they had a while back.

I don't watch either show

David mentioned e-mailing them about it a while back and I thought it would be worth a try.

So you are competeing with Jr. eh Jason? I thought you would slap Kongs on It and wheel with it

My Maxx is now in running condition. Got the tranny in, and i need to lock the differentials, and get a better steering servo, and a few other things, but it will move now. I would still like to make it, just not sure if i will. Can anyone crawl if they come, or what? Entry fee or anything? Thanks

Yup anybody can crawl-we always bash around after we get through "competeing" anyway

There's no entry fee-and I hope it stays that way, too many people travel to far to be paying an entry fee.

highmark, It is way too big to fix in the 17" x 24" rules.

Jr will be more than ready, though and if for some odd reason I can't run with Jr I'll run something else. ;)

Read the post newb! I want to see Jr run anyway, very unique design.

I'll be running my + size max at SFR3 aswell ;)

Oh well, I'm building Jr to fit the box limitation. What sucks about that rule is that the larger of a tire you use the shorter wheelbase you have to run.

Can't run Kongs on a 16" wheelbase.
