Another teaser shot tonight Welded up the rear brace, then the entire top end. Now I just need to make some rear shock mounts and weld those in. Add some door braces, and a dash brace. weld on some tranny tabs, and body panel tabs.

Thanks Cole, I use a Canon rebel 300D, its the original digital rebel and a little out dated now. But still gets the job done. I also use a 550ex canon flash with it when I need more lighting.

Did you use the Cannon flash or did you have a lamp on it?
I've got 2.2 and scale
Soya is super, by far the biggest truck that's coming.

I was thinking that soyas rig was scale though, so I didnt put anything, figured I would let him decide what class he wants to run in.
Only 3 scale rigs?

Ben and Zach have scale trucks.
It doesn't matter what class Soya is in his truck is #20 so it usually breaks.

I used the 550ex flash on those pictures, any picture I take in the house I use the flash. Though from taking a few hundred pictures for work, I started to burn up the flash... Now every time I use it, it smells like burning flesh.... Boss said he would buy me a new one though, just waiting for it to completly die. It was a $350 flash!

Playing with panel design a bit...

Stripped some gears the Bruiser may be down a while. Got a little to crazy with a hill climb. I think it's just the counter gear, Soya picked up a USA-1 for $10 a few weeks back I may be able to pirate some stuff. Zach's scale truck might be in action I just put some swampers on it. The little toyota might be down for a run. Not really sure how to score the scale run though. Probably just make a trail run. The little 1.9 jero would get left in the dust. Unless we make a 1.9 class.

It's going to break the bridges. Going to have to ride the guard rails on the rope bridge just to fit.

You still have the hill climber TLT, might have to make some mods though, hacker brushless, paddle tires and a unlocked diff might not work to well.

Did a bridge test, rope bridge will not work well for Soya's rig.

I'll be trying a 8 cell AA pack, 4 cells per door. I just glued the cells together last night, and I'll solder them up tonight and slow charge them. I've heard good things about them, and it should give me even more power to break stuff :-P

If it works good, I'll pick up 8 more batterys and build a second pack for it.

welded on the tranny mounts and got my wheel base under 12.5 inches now. Hooked up all the electronics and drove it around inside the house a bit. Also soldered up the AA saddle pack for it, still need to peak charge it.

Installed a temp electronics tray so I could do some testing. I still need to add the tabs for the side plates, hood and stuff. Also the rear shock mounts still... And door supports.

And I decided to run the battery pack on the upper links.
