Default Dual ESC's and Motor Question for Super

I was wondering if anyone has built a dual motor rig running two ESC's to control each axle independently? I have Raptor 2 Axles on my Super, 2 Mamba Maxes, a Castle BEC, and 2 Integy 35T Pro's for my super and I want to run my DX6i to control each axle's speed independently. Has anyone tried this?

I am wondering if I need to run 2 BEC's and 2 batteries, or if I can splice the battery leads for both ESC's into one harness and run one Lipo? Any help would be greatly appreciated since I don't want to burn through (literally) my electronics. Thanks for all who post.

You can run 1 or 2 batteries, and you can run 1 or 2 BEC's. One BEC should be plenty and the batteries are up to you.
