Default Dual Mamba Micro Pro question...

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Im looking for a wiring diagram or even a decent description of how to connect the two ESC's to one sr300 receiver with a dx3e.

I dont think its as simple as a Y harness, lol.

Thanks in advance,

M.

Yes, I believe you would need a wantamix adapter for dual control.

From this thread.... Vote on most liked/universal Spektrum 3 ch Radio and a few others, you can't mix dual ESC's with the DX3e, also the WantAmix won't work. Check out the linked thread, post 17 & 18?

I believe you are SOL with that radio. Plugging in is not the issue, it's the mixing & dig that is.

I think most of the RX's, for dual ESC, would get:
channel-1, steering
channel-2, front ESC
channel-3, rear ESC

I run a Futaba 3PM-x with a WantAmix. Nice 3 channel set-up with dig (F & R) & proportional F/R mixing.

Not sure about the 5e, but I remember wantAsummit used to offer a hack kit for the 3e that would allow propo mixing with a knob. Might want to see if he is still doing that?
Otherwise, I love my Dx3R WantAmix adapter combo. Buttons are in good spots to do what I do.
