With these being "out runner motors" that does mean the outside of the can moves right? How will that be affected by dirt, dust and small pebbles or rocks and maybe just a smidgen of water every now and then.

The outrunner can be in water just fine, and they are easy to clean as well. I always recommend running a super cheap motor for mud and mucky water though. Better to ruin a $10 motor than a $60 one!

I second that for sure. Mine is dirt, rocks, gravel, and small stuff. Im not a big mud guy. 90% of the time it will be blasting up hills but Im sure dirt will be a major factor in my area. but if they are easy to clean then Im all in.

There is a Team Power thread on RCtech that is 11 pages long, but I never read past the first two pages. Those that have them claim they are smooth and powerful, better than Novaks and the Trinity Dou 3, but I am not making that claim.

I see my link crapped out on me too, but I'm glad you found it anyway.
Here's an ebay listing with the KV listed with the turns, if you are still interested.

Good luck with your choice.
Any way you can link me back to that thread about Team Power on RCTECH? I joined over there last week and I've searched one end to the other and keep missing it somehow.
