| Little power in reverse
I am using a brood ravage motor and have about 1/4 power in reverse. Esc tx/rx recalibrated and tested on different motor. Esc is a rooster crawler.

If just the br00d, I would check the timing on it, it may have timing advance but your application needed a reverse rotation motor. You fixed that (swapped the motor wires, reversed the ESC, whatever) but now the timing is retarded, not advanced. If both motors show the same thing, it's likely it's an ESC setting or "maybe" a setting in the TX. Last edited by Charlie-III; 02-27-2013 at 03:48 PM. | |

Thanks for the help, I learned a valuable lessen in timing when the smoke came out! I was looking at the wrong spots when I put it together.
