Google is your friend.
Search for this:
dpdt switch reversing polarity

Click on images. Lots of hits.

Builder, why do you want this?? ESC's do reverse, if the motor spins backwards, just flip the wires (I'm assuming brushed?).

Part of your issue is getting a switch to handle the amps and still fit in a rig.

DPDT....

4--2--6
3--1--5

ESC wires go to the center leads, #1 & 2.

Motor one way, red to 6, black to 5
Motor reverse, black to 4, red to 3

Wires 4 & 6 go to one motor connection.
Wires 3 & 5 go to the other motor connection.

The ESC feeds the center pair of contacts, when you switch to either direction, it reverses the output to the motor.

How are you going to move the switch??

PS, hope my "diagram" helps.

It's way cool that you are building a golden arrow. I haven't heard anyone mention one of those in a while. What is the switch going to accomplish?
