| sv3 changing settings?
can you change settings (drag brake, brush/brusless,auto lipo..etc) on the sv3 without a castle link or field programer? can you use just your tx to change the settings like how a brxl esc? if not,can the sv3 hook up to the castle field programer? thanks

Yes, you can change ~75% of the ESC settings just using the TX. It's a bit of a PITA, but doable. Yes, Castle has a couple of support documents for this, one is the "Drivers Ed" manual as mentioned. http://www.castlecreations.com/suppo...s_ed_guide.pdf |

I'd invest in a Castle Link or Field Programmer as soon as you can. The only problem for me is the fact that I have to take my RX out of the box to get to the plug. Traxxas actually has a new protocol that they released with the dragster where you can program settings from radio without doing the count the beeps thing.
