Default Brood vs holmes hobbie motors

• What are the pros and cons
• which is better if either
• cost vs quality
• ease of rebuilding

What's everyone's opinion on these topics, and any other topics you can think of. what are you running and what would you recommend?

This should be a funny thread, me personally I like Holmes. Let the bashing ensue.
To be honest it depends on the motor your looking for. Application etc.

I'm extremely happy with my HH motor, but never owned a Brood so can't compare. However, it's a LOT better than the Integy motor that it replaced.

Do some searching, this question has been asked dozens of times.
Usually a 50/50 split in who likes who, best thing to do is see which options and service best suit your needs.

I've had both and both are quality! It really boils down to specific specs. Find the motor from either one that has the exact specs your looking for.

Agreed, both awesome motor manufacturers and vendors as well as members here. Find a motor that fits your application and go with it.

That's like asking which is more fun, Trigonometry or Algebra? That's easy, both!

90% of users can successfully use the search engine...... 9% realize they do not know what they are doing when using search engine...... 1% believes that they should reprogram the search engine due to its ( search engines ) stupidity.
