Tekin RS Gen 2 calibration issues

I'm having problems trying to get my RS Gen 2 calibrated with my MT-4 radio. I've gone through the calibration procedure many times, step by step. When I go through the calibration process, the RSG2 will see full throttle pretty quick, neutral within a couple of seconds, but at full brake/reverse, it takes it at least 10 to 15 seconds to see full brake. Sometimes it doesn't see full brake at all.
I have my throttle EPA's set at 150, both throttle and brake. I do not have any ABS or brake mixing functions turned on, on the MT-4. I've never had an issue with calibrating the RSG2 with my MT-4. It usually finds all 3 points very quickly!!! The esc and rx is out of a stadium truck that I used to race.
I have the throttle set to normal in the radio, and my motor set to reverse in the esc. It's in my SCX10 Jeep Rubicon - motor and tranny are not mirrored.

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated!!!

You should be calibrating with Throttle EPA's at 100, not 150.

Additionally, have you tried reversing the Throttle channel. I know on my 4PK it can get picky about this on certain ESC's I've used to get them properly calibrated.

I've tried the EPA's at 100, and it's the same, or worse.

I was wondering if I should set the motor back to normal rotation in the esc, and reverse the throttle on the radio. I may try that when I get home this afternoon.
