|  Holmes Hobbies dual mini BR: how to use it ?
Hi, I just received this esc for my crawler, but there isn't any manual with it, so I don't know how to connect and caliber it  a picture of it:  I guess that thicker cables on the right are for battery, anf thinner cables on right and left for the motors ? how do we calibrate knowing that the two half-varios are necessarily connected to the battery at the same time ? Can calibration be done for both simultaneously ? Or is there a technique to calibrate them one after the other ? And for the settings, what should you choose ? Thank you for your help, I don't want to make a mistake, this thing is too expensive to lose it because of bad connection! |

The owners manual / sheet says it all. Do you have a castle link ? Fat wires are for battery, others are for motors.... What Tx are you planning ? Hang up and Drive |

I found it, but it tells "When running two ESCs, they CANNOT have the battery power wires connected during calibration or programming. It will cause problems with the second ESC." and the dual mini IS two escs  So I'm lost with it. |

Ignore that.... I lost sleep worrying , an email to Holmes will give you the same info. Try to calibrate together, if not do each separate then plug into correct channels Hang up and Drive |

I'll be sure we include manuals, they should be in the package. You can almost always calibrate two escs at once, that was a previous issue that was solved when we redesigned the brainS.

Also, the wires are labeled on the esc. Batt is battery side, it is thicker wires.

ok, thank you  I bought it on "tcs crawlers" and there was only the esc and a pair of "holmes hobbies" decals, no manual with it  |
