Default Mmx pro problem

Hey everyone, having some troubles with my mmx pro. It turns on, fan runs. Doesn't fully bind to the remote though. It'll fully bind 1/30 tries otherwise it just sits there doing nothing. If I hold down the acceleration it jumps into programming mode. Running the most recent firmware with fresh packs both 2s and 3s.

Any ideas?

Did you calibrate it?

Turn up the neutral width in the castle link.
