As Durok said, clean them off and oil the bearings is pretty much all that is needed from a maintenance prospective. On the run time front, Holmes said in another thread you will typically see an increase of 40-60% when switching to a brushless motor similar to your brushed motor. My TF2, for example, was switched from a 35T brushed motor to a 1800kv ROC412 and I get about the same run time on a 1300mah 3S pack as the 35T motor got on a 2200mah 3S pack. |
