Default Berg: Newbie mounting motor ?

This is my first crawler build so I am sure I am making a rookie mistake. Please help!

Motor is tight against the servo I see no way to adjust pinion.

H&H 35T motor TorqueMaster Expert 540

I have read the Dlux instructions and only see it says motor is moved back and up. Is there a different pinion available? Again new so I am sure I am overlooking something simple or got a part that is not compatible. Thanks for the help!

I'm looking for some more pictures that show some more options. The way gunnar has his done is the cleanest way, but also offers no adjustment.

The pinion you are using is fairly small also...I believe most run a 13t or larger in the front...I run 14t front and rear.

Here are some jigs that were available a little while back that would help you with your issue...he might have one to loan or might be able to help you out somehow:

I did more of a hack job really, but it worked out OK. I made the upper hole 4mm for a tiny bit of adjustment.

I have a pair of all the rob b jigs, Sphofer if you PM me with what pinion you plan on using I can mail you one.

Thanks I am going to try to buy a set but if I can't ill take you on borrowing one. My plan was to run a 13t pinion.
