most deff well worth it. And thank you. she was deff bored after about 4 minutes. As for the roots and inclines, there was so much to crawl on. It was alot of fun. Plus alot of ledges and stuff that would have been fun but i couldnt set up a camera position. And there is a trail back there that is connected to the otter trail that is just pure mud... waiting for mosquito season to be over to tap that one. (gotta get some mud boots to lol).

So went for a quick exploration to a huge lot next to my apartment complex, was ment to be a neighborhood way back in the day, but after the economy went ca plunk, this place did to. There are paved roads back to this site so its easy to get to and its not closed off or anything so I couldnt get in trouble for goin back there. But besides that, this place was pretty sick, had a bunch of 4x4 trails goin around it, and alot of land, along with a grand canyon of scale ness, a few big mud holes and some really good scale lines. It was alot of fun, spent an hour there and didnt even hit a quarter of it. Gonna need a few more batteries and a couple days off lol. Anyways this is deff worth a trip to ft. pierce. Really cool place and really good for a scale expedition. An if you have a short course truck you may deff want to bring that too... Heres a few pics, sadly I couldnt get around with the camera to much, I was to busy exploring, but this is the jist of it. |

I think that sounds absolutely awesome....I think it would be a perfect place to run one. there are a ridiculous amount of lines, and alot of land to cover (plus space for parking.)

Converting some videos now, should have a few vids (one scale crawler an 1 sc) up soon. Stay tuned folks. all located at this spot here ^ btw did some more exploring around the back, turns out there's a hole 4x4 trial back there for a good scale expo, and (get this) a 4x4 pit that looks similar to track, its un explainable....once i can get back there ill snap some pics..its all soft sand so it would be an endurance challenge for a scale run (like crossing a bad ass dessert with a canyon and some hills and stuff.

Agreed, to much wheel spin will really dig you though, its deep sugar sand. An For the amount of space you can prowl around on, and many different terrains to bash on, deff worth the trip ( specially when it gets wet out, a lot of muddy areas) lucky for me I live a whopping 2 feet from this place.

So the place that I was previously spending much of my scale time has become a victim of some hardcore vegetation. Its almost impossible to get back to the spot now let aloe any of the worthy spots. However I have found a better trail for some scaling. Dont know if anyone has heard/ been on/ or seen the ft. pierce mountain bike trail, but i have recently been goin there for some mountain biking. I took my rc truck out there not to long ago an got rained out, but it was alot of fun. it is roughly 4 or 5 miles long with alot of obstacles.
