i know it wouldn't be easy but maybe you could make the like 2 or 3 levels high kinda like spiral upward.

Multi level or something for 1.9's. Not too many lines that could be setup in there for a 2.2 comp rig.

4x6 would make an awesome micro course! But the only ones i know down here with micro's are Wade and I and neither of us have driven them in a good while.

heres another layout idea for ya. not a lot of space to work with but it does give you the option to run different lines. could use that the track as a demo platform or something.
the drawing is just general idea. it could be done so you can reach stuck trucks from the middle but leaving more of the middle floor open.

Place looks familar, were in miami is it?
I have seen a garage turnned into a 2.2 comp area but don't know the size of the garage but was small not huge or big at all.

If you set it up right could work, just remember that you will need atleast a table for charger's, or even a work bench table, my suggestion would be befor you spend any money lay it out maybe draw some frame ideas also something with 2 levels would be sweet too when you have limited space.
