My second crawler should be up and running sooner than later, I have the body for it now, err waiting on it for the guy to ship it, it's the Tamiya Hilux body, fully assembled with the bed shortened to fit the SCX10 short wheelbase. My question is, for the guys with the Tamiya bodies, how do I mount the body without drilling body post holes in the hood and bed? Anyone have any ideas that does not involve velcro?

magnets, or bolt it onto the frame somehow. maybe an inner structure? or there are body mounts that stick to the underside of the body. invisible body mount i think they are called?

Had great time fellas... Well I pulled the rear diff and found I had no BBs they were all gone and it looks like the outside diff gear has worn down from the bearings that came loose. So it's not a total rebuild as I thought. Just 1 part and some cleaning and new bearings... The original CRASHER : equal parts CRAwler and baSHER! Sent from my mobile device |
