I got the RR gears ordered, I'll get back to the trans when they come in. As for now, I'll be working on getting the axles built along with rebuilding and limiting the shocks..

Not at all. Im also looking for pinion shims. Going by Ace hardware to see if I can find some thin washers that might work. I'll get some pics up soon. |

here are some pic's of the progress i have made on the build. Tranny pulled. front axle pulled and the beginning of the rebuild. All new bearings going in the front axles. I put 1 shim in the front axle behind the pinion. Lubed the gears with a moly fortified wheel bearing grease. The flash on my camera really shows off the new Boca Bearings i installed. Here is the axle case all together with the C-hubs installed. this is the knuckles with the BB installed. Sorry about the FUZZY pic. . Almost done. Ready for install.:flipo ff:. Thats right, behind the axle steering. Thats all the progress for now. Next up is the rear axle.. Stay tuned for more pic's and progress, Thanks for watching.. I started working on the rear axles when i found this problem. I have to grind a little material off the lockout for them to fit. I know i could have bought the GH lockouts but i didn't like the way they looked. These look sleeker so I'll modify them.. |

| Re: UGC-FF4 Foff, SPEED DEMON well at least it will be a good fit. sometimes stuff like that can be too slack, especially if they come from different manufacturers.
