That's the same process that I used on the first panel then on the second two I skipped the fiber mesh, seems to hold up really well. I tried my spray gun but ended up using a concrete brush for grooving the mix for traction, way easier to clean up.

What sizes are those sheet of styrofoam and where were you able to find it if you don't mind be asking? That's exactly what I've been looking for in the last few weeks. Your course looks awesome, can't wait to see it finished and you're right being tons of work.

Just make sure the resin you use won't melt the styrofoam. Try putting texture on the glass and resin. I have concrete on the panels I made. They actually have too much traction. And of course they are heavy as hell

The RCP guys used bed liner I believe with some sand texture on theirs. They did a build on that course for the RC Expo in '08 or '09.

Default texture

EJ says well put both smooth and rough texture were we need it and I went up a board with ruff texture at apoximatly 90% incline ,slipped alot but made it up it. Its the bumps ledges and curves that r going to make it hard.

So is he blowing on the crete or hand applying. Looks good.

What kind of coin are you looking at for materials with this build, if you don't mind me asking.

EJ is applying the first coat of mesh and concrete by hand , then the rest of the coats hell spray. EJ is supplying all the materials 4 the build so I don't have a price on that.I just know what he is charging me when its done .
I think were going to take the night off work on it tommorow.
