Alright, I am intrigued, but a little reserved.

Might get one and mess around with it.

Who's going to have them in stock first?

I think Horizon owns Losi.

Yup, this looks like a fun truck!
It won't be long before it starts some cool scale builds.

This ^

I think I want to get one, but not if it's going to need parts within the first week.

I wonder how long it will take aftermarket to get a metal axle housing going for this?

A small observation:
The design of the Vaterra site with the iconography, the photostyle is done really well. Good job (coming from a design snob).

I have never heard of these guys before.

Interesting.
I see some of the EXO styling cues. But overall I like it.
Would love to toss in a brushless motor and put some paddles on it to see what it does.
As long as the aftermarket embraces it and provides upgrade parts, I think it will be successful.

I am interested in the 2-speed trans. Wondering if it is good enough to compete with the RC4WD 2-speed trans.
Another option for Wraith or Scaler owners? Maybe...

I'd really like to see some details on the drive train. What is inside those diffs, etc..
The 2-speed trans is a nice touch. Makes me wonder if it will be competition for the RC4WD 2-speed...

Default My Review

Glad everyone likes what they see.

I've been running a few of these for the past 2+ years . Must say it is the most fun I've had in a long time. This Rig with the rear locked and the front diff'd is insane to drive! Crawls slow and pulls wheelies like no other on 3s VXL .

It was an off/on again project for a long time but they finally pulled the trigger. It's very durable out of the box too. Even with a few beers in ya

I'm happy I wont be the only one solo fapping with this anymore

Happy Trails!!!

Jay

Wrong, the receiver is fully waterproof, not water resistant.

This doesn't look to bad. http://www.vaterrarc.com/ProdInfo/Fi..._Explosion.pdf The rear axle has some potential if someone makes a metal locker and shock mounts.
