I've been curious about the RC4WD metal rod ends. Not sure if that's what your thinking of. Anyone use them?

It all depends on the application. I have them in various forms on a few rigs. They are great for a scaler (hard to beat them for looks), but they won't handle as much abuse as the Traxxas ends. The Gmade rod ends from the R1 are pretty stout.

Just so you guys know, Ive been pleased with the traxxas 5347 rod ends. I make my own links and they seem to be holding up great
