I really want to know more about this thing so that I can consider getting one but I feel like HPI released the teaser shots too early. The details should have been released a week or two tops after the teasers to maintain the level of interest that was initially spiked. Like seriously, how long do we have to wait to get some details, price point, RTR or Kit, Etc? The "tease" of the teasers is now just annoying because clearly they were released before anything was really ready to be shown...

A knowledged HPI employee posted when more details would be posted. The Nuremburg Toy Fair.

Welll lets hope it doesn't take them a year to release it like most things they debut at the Nuremberg Toy Fair. That's how long it took for the 1/5 Baja 5R.

Lately I feel like the companies are whacked out with their new releases... Either no warning and BAM new product or you have these guys over doing the hype and just irritating everyone that there isn't an official release date... Just my opinion from what I have seen and heard.

Yah - I'd at least like a "Summer Release - details soon" comment. It's just been pictures and a video so far with VERY skimpy tech specs.

I feel like theyre only hurting themselves by acting this way. There are guys that would really like this to be their next kit, but with out a release date, do they wait and buy this? Or blow their saved cash on something else now. The TF2 with new Blazer body comes to mind. My guess is most will pick something else up now, as opposed to wait indefinitely for a release date. Its aggrivating to me when companies act like this. And certainly dosnt make me WANT to buy their products.

I prefer new releases to be like how RC4WD did it with the Blazer body. I knew nothing about it then bam! Lol Excitement that you can actually act on. I hate waiting lol.

I get your point but we can't really be down on axial. Look at what axial has done for us. Sure there are many amazing axles etc being produced but what guts are needed for them to run? Axial

Your right (banana clip) what I want is to see axial produce some bodies other than jeep. I like jeeps had a few real ones.

I'm still interested but I want to know more. The release date isn't as important to me as seeing the details of this new truck. If HPI has one finished enough to drive then show us detailed pics.
