That is why I really don't want to daily a truck. I need one. But just refuse
My old beat up jetta gets 30+ mpg. Close to 40 on long trips and is quieter at 80 than 65 or in the city

The new imprezza I took to nc got 31 till we hit the mountains. Then dropped to 27.5
It is EPA rated at 39mpg hwy. ain't that some crap

Ha, I would tend to agree with you but I want a Rubicon next and I don't want to sell any of my current rides. A road trip vehicle would be a 4th car. While I see that as a real posibility some day, I think 3 is my max at the moment.

best ive ever got in my 4rnnr was 14mpg... i average 11 in the city.

the zuk sips gas and the ws6 is pretty respectable as well if you aint got your foot in it. both probably get at least double what my daily gets. :/

My wrx don't get shit! Damn thing always whispering to me... faster, higher rpm's, turbo engage... do it NOW!

I had a 70 nova when I was in high school had a 355 and a 4.11 got maybe 10mpg on 93 octane. Gas was like .99 a gallon then though
