jesus... i went to pull timmy out of the garage today to get room to clean up the ws6 a little and noticed i have a real axle seal leaking. thats easy to fix but if the bearing is toast that isnt since i'll probably need to press them off.

rick want a little sidejob? ;) i'll also need some zuki rotors drilled with a yota bolt pattern. cash money yo.

Sorry to hear about your grandpa man.

Ed's putting up a hell of a fight in Overkill (C3)... Hera just moved into 1st place (tied points but I have better times) after 4 comps.

I've been lucky man... gotton perfect's on a couple really high gate count courses and done pretty good overall.
Plus, becasue they only count 20 Scale Points... I'm not running my interior so Melons is performing awesome. Shit, I'm thinking of leaving the interior out for King Of The Guru's and ECSC! Fawk it!

Oops...

It was fun for about 5 minutes. I need some beefy axles, this Pro4 is POWER!

Sorry to hear about your Grandpa, Hoopty. My Grandpa passed on the fourth of July about 5 or 6 years ago. It's tough, especially when your super close with him like you are.

i havent looked at the current jl lineup for awhile but last time i checked the w3's werent near as xmax-able as the w6. if i was going for one single sub id definitely go for a w6.

i have 3 10" w3v2's in my transam. when i did the install i wanted stealth and cargo room, so i opted for a stealthbox for one 10 and a removable hatchbox for the other 2.

if i was to do it over, id definitely go for a single, big throw 12 or 15.

i actually do need to do it all over one of these days. could use a updated headunit and im sure there are better sub options now.

i had w3v1's and image dynamics subs before the w3v2's. current setup only has about one cube per sub, and i sacrifice alot of what a large enclosure with a bigger throw sub would get me, even with 1100rms watts from a memphis audio class d. its a very peaky setup.

in college i had 2 kicker comp 15's, each in its own ported 3cube enclosure. ran those off an el-cheapo fosgate series one amp with like 100 watts or so to each sub, and it flat out slammed in both spl and sound quality.

if i knew i was going to keep my 4runner id cut a hole in the rear floor and build a drop down enclosure when the spare used to be with a single 18.

...i also spent waaay more time and focus on my sound dampening before and after i installed the components. took me a couple months on the dampening, and about a month on the components.

i used to have a build thread on fbody audio, but my ****ing imagehost crashed.

Damn.. I had a bunch more stuff to post for sale so, I figured I'd throw a leftover item from a recent ad in with the mix of new stuff. After re-reading the rules, that is quite frowned upon. Needless to say, they haven't posted my ad because what I did is a form of "bumping". Now I ruined the chances of me getting all my fresh gear in the classifieds for another couple weeks. Bummer.
