To be able to keep the scoring up to date, and not have to search through the thread, I've created a new scoring thread (NIRC Summer Series TTC Qualifier Scoring).

it was surprising to see people still not taking the time to understand & know their scale points.

did we not agree on this?

if you do not know your scale points at the time of the event, you get none.

the scale points thread is to document the scale points of the rigs you may use in nirc events. it is not up to the scorer to chase it down...
if you have taken the time to keep your points updated in the points thread then its a super quick check with a mobile device the day of the event, or do as i and some others do and write it down on something. i wrote mine in black sharpie on both my rigs.

i am going to be a HUGE asshole about this from now on. know your points at the event or you dont get any.

Not only did I give my scale points to the score keeper but I also updated the scale points thread before the comp...

They just didn't make it from the score keeper to the score sheet

i wasnt 'pointing' any fingers, just noticed some people still didnt know their points. the scale point thread is there for us all to document our points and have them in one spot. it shouldnt be up to the scorer to look up the thread and track them down. like i said its easy to keep your points updated in that thread and just look them up on your phone at the time of the event if you forget.

maybe from now on we should communicate our scale points at the time when we line up at the first gate.

Hera was crab walking through the course with ease till I nosedived into that damn little rock! I thought about it latter and realized, I should've blown that damn gate.
I'm wondering if all the work that went into getting out of that killed my BEC/servo...

I'm not really sure where this leaves me for the season...
