Has anyone heard anything about May 19? I was wanting to make it my first event and now that i've got most all the bugs worked out of my truck I was wanting to tear some more stuff up lol

I will text Nick tomorrow, and make sure he remembers the May 19th Event. Things have been a little tighter financially for Nick and I this year so far...haven't been getting out much.
I am gonna' try to get an ESC back on mine for the 19th, and at least make an exhibition run!
I fried mine right after Christmas at Nicks in the snow, and still haven't got it fixed.(after having it in the water a half dozen times this last summer!)
I barely got started on my ambitious scaler project before the cash ran out. Got some big beefy parts stashed though!

I checked with him today. He is still planning on everyone coming. He said the creek may not be flowing, but he will have water in the lower pond for anyone that wants to get it wet!

Try to be there at around 10a.m.

Would like to have the scale points scoring done and the first course open by 11:00 at the latest.

No 5-10 minute course's for this event so bring plenty of lipo's.

Pics from last year,

That's awesome Jaime! I've wanted a sled at our events. This next comp will consist of a long rock crawl course, a southern buggy hill shoot-out, and sled pull.

Sled is done. I might even get it painted or at least primered before Sunday. Full pull is 30 feet before the rear wheels lock up. I am not sure about the weight box. I may have to add some walls to 3 sides. There are a couple things I wish I would have done different but if it works thats great. I need to actually test it out Saturday before we try to use it at the comp. Mostly just to get an idea on how much weight we will need. I think it will get us by the rest of the year. This winter I would like to build a nice one.
