Looks awesome. Looks like you need some wideners.

I have rc4wd 2.2 iroks on python beadlocks. On the wraith axles they sit at 12.5" wide outside to outside. Same width as the Jeep body at the fenders.

As soon as I get it back I am thinking of painting it yellow. Lue is having all the metal powder coated black. I'm torn between red like my 2013 rubicon and the yellow. Any one got any color ideas that would go good with black?

I would look at the rare colors that was offered with the TJ. Colors I always have liked were the Mopar Inca Gold (2003 only) and the Electric Lime Green (late of 2004 and early 2005).

I knew it wouldn't be easy, I love red jeeps, but the solar yellow and lime green look so good. But John Deere green may look awesome. Ill have to take a look at each color. I would love to use the actual automotive/ tractor paint.

Awesome build! I have one of those bodies I picked up a few years back I want to get my build on with. I'm curious how well the plastic will hold up, I was thinking about glassing the inside.

I was looking for a way to make it less brittle. I was thinking if I couldn't find something then I may reinforce the I side with more plastic or some thing. Still not sure. Any one have some ideas or tips on how to make the body less brittle?

Glassing is probably the best way to go. It is easy to do (especially now that they have resins that don't have any odor and can dry instantly in sunlight). Get a very tight and thin weave so that it is easier to get in the nooks and crannies of the body. Plus, fiberglass can be easily painted after it dries or you can add a color pigment to the resin so that you can kill two birds with one stone.

I have the transfercase and transmission installed, as well as the dual motor plate. Have all the electronics installed as well. Hopefully I can get these pictures uploaded.
