I LIKE this axe. Might come in handy if I need to do some quiet night time hunting... If you know what I mean... Last edited by Fumbles; 08-22-2013 at 04:15 PM. |

Grab the screwdriver to remove a bunch of the screws and..... Lift 'er right off! What's weird is that I could hear something rattling around in the Jeep but couldn't find it but after removing the undercarriage I find these 2 grenades between the body and chassis in their own little compartment. Hey, I've got a use for them later... when I'm gonna need 'em. I wrote names on them for special delivery. One is Jerry and the other is Klaus... if you know what I mean ! Looks like there are some totally useless things on the underside of this body that I'll have to get rid of... Just grab the Dremel and away they go ! Ok - done. All of the stuff that was in the way are gone. Last edited by Fumbles; 08-19-2013 at 11:16 PM. |

Flipped the body over and I'm gonna dig through the engine compartment and see what's useful here... Get rid of this fan here... Hell, I've seen better fans on the ceiling of a French brothel... Put the motor right over here... well no wonder it doesn't run very well. It's low on blinker fluid... better go pick up a 5 gallon bucket of compression for it. Maybe it needs more flux in the capacitor... ahhh hell... it's all ball bearings nowdays anyway... Last edited by Fumbles; 08-19-2013 at 08:43 PM. |

Looking around I found some wheels to mount the tires onto. Problem is I've gotta climb up a couple of shelves... Let me see... just roll them to the edge and let gravity do the work. All riiiiiiight... Looks great. Only problem is they are TOO bright and white and will stick out like a Muslim at the Vatican on Sunday. Gonna have to do something to knock down that shine... |

Gonna need some frame rails... now, let me see... What size of rail am I'm gonna need? Maybe I can form a rollbar from this leftover piece of tubing. Gotta protect my grape in case I roll over! Last edited by Fumbles; 08-22-2013 at 04:10 PM. |

What a fun thread.... My vote for thread of the year.... Yes, there should be such a category ..... Of course the build has to come together as well....I bet it does |
