They "should" fit VP housings however ... we designed they for the nylon Axial housings and made them a hair longer than Axial shafts to remove the play back there. because of this, I have had a few guys with VP housings have very tight fits or no fits.

We are currently revising the design, again ... and the new design will be more VP friendly.

Breaking always happens for me, from the bearing out but mainly from pin area to the threaded area..

Your OT shafts for SCX10/AX10 has been out of stock for long time, when will they be in stock?

I want to order them with couple F1 spools.

They are being redesigned to break a little differently.

Original and V2 max load would break at the tang or in the stub when pushed beyond their limits. I wanted to ensure breakage in the center portion so that nobody gets tangs stuck in their spools or looses a wheel on course if they snap one.

So far I'm happy with the testing so I expect to move them to mass soon.

The last batch sold out and after the redesign we had to change steel suppliers, then heat shops.

It's been a "fun" process, but the end result will be well worth it.

I'm hoping the next wave will hit before Christmas but can't promise that.

Will the V3 version of OT Shafts work with the new FI spool? or I need to grind?

I am replacing a wobbly set of stock Axial straight shafts and dont want to end up with the same issue if I grind up too much of this. Let me know ASAP.

I have your FI spool in my Yeti along with Axial's AR60 full width kit and love it, nice and tight. Do you plan on making shafts for the full width AR60 kit?

Not everyone uses our locker so we make the OT shafts to a standard size.

For any given FI spool (they have not been changed BTW)... with all shafts, OT included, the expected fit is super tight.

We are working on something for AR60s.
Not sure about the full width kit yet though.
